Language Village Camp

Language Village

Ibn Haldun University Language Village is a residential language education program that enables students to learn a foreign language in a natural environment through intensive instruction, daily communication, and cultural activities.

Students admitted to the Language Village commit to speaking only the target language and conducting their daily lives in that language from the moment they enter the campus. This practice is strictly maintained through a participation agreement signed prior to the program.

Lessons, workshops, social activities, and all stages of camp life are conducted in the target language throughout the program. This allows students to acquire the language not just academically, but by living it and using it constantly.

Language Village programs run 12 months a year. Participants are offered intensive training options of 15 days, 1 month, and 7 weeks. Summer language camps are organized between June and August. During the autumn, winter, and spring terms, camp programs are held on specific dates throughout the year. Programs are planned in terms, and the calendar for each period is announced separately.

Designed in line with Ibn Haldun University’s educational philosophy, the Language Village integrates academic language teaching with camp life and cultural interaction. It aims for students to achieve measurable progress in speaking, listening, reading, and writing skills within a short period.
